They spent the time sitting down before the board and train to discuss our concerns and to develop a training plan to focus on those concerns. Throughout the entire training process, Karah sent videos, photos, and updates, ensuring peace of mind that our puppy was being taken care of and showing progress. Our dog is now a one-year-old and able to stay at home alone, has no accidents in the house, and is able to walk in the neighborhood without reacting to other dogs. I couldn't have asked for a better trainer to help us with our training journey, and I will continue to use Diamond Dogs as our go-to boarding option!

Karah is the best. As a first-time dog owner with a goldendoodle puppy, it’s been ROUGH. She’s helped me and my dog understand each other more without all of the dominance tactics and fear used by other trainers in the DFW area. Diamond Dogs helped me when my seven-month-old Labrador needed more training beyond the local pet store. I was desperate to get some help with her over excitement, mouthiness, and other behavior issues. I found Diamond Dogs on the AKC website, and they responded to my request for help quickly. Lindsay called to ask all different questions about my pup, and they scheduled me for a training session. Karah is so calm and understanding of the frustrations that can happen with a new puppy. She gave me weekly training exercises to do with my dog and would encourage me to send videos between our training sessions so she could give suggestions on how we could tweak our training at home. It can be so hard not to be frustrated with an excited puppy, but Karah and Diamond Dogs was with me, answering my calls and emails and offering periodic follow ups as needed.
